Have you ever wanted to learn how to perform a relaxing, soothing, highly effective massage?  Here is your opportunity to learn the most useful information and skilled techniques.  Learn in the cozy, relaxing environment of our location with the delightful scents of soy candles enhancing the ambience.

"Everyday Massage" is an introductory course for nonprofessionals to receive guided instruction in basic anatomy, form, technique, and positioning.  This class is a great gift idea for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, employee incentives, and as a special gift.

 After attending, participants will be able to:

1. Know and understand the benefits of massage
2. Know the contraindications for performing massage
3. Have a basic knowledge of massage techniques and form
4. Use proper positioning for maximum comfort.
5. Demonstrate basic massage techniques on the hands, arms, feet, legs and back

"Everyday Massage" is a two part course (Part I & Part II).  Each part last approximately 1 hour.  Cost:  $225 per two attendees,  Materials, supplies, and light refreshments are included.
