 Laurel, MD – On Tuesday, August 29, 2006 from 7AM to 7 PM members of the Laurel and surrounding areas will have the wonderful opportunity to get educated and experience a free luxurious, relaxing massage with premium massage products. 

 Thirty-six percent (36%) of US adults 18 years of age or older use some form of complementary & alternative medicine practices (CAM) and products, according to the National Center for Complementary & Alternative Medicine.  Massage therapy is one of the ten most commonly used CAM therapies!  This exciting event will promote awareness of the health and stress-relieving benefits of massage in Laurel and the surrounding area.  “The retirement age has now been increased, people are living longer, some people are in financial crisis and people are living more stressful lives,” states Deanna, hosting business owner of Laurel’s FREE MASSAGE DAY!  “We want people ‘to stop and smell the roses;’ to live, not just exist.”
