We can deliver to your door or event!

You may receive a full refund on merchandise returned within 90 days with original receipt.  After 90 days we can offer you a merchandise credit for the price of the product on the original receipt.  Without your original receipt we can offer you a merchandise credit equal to the lowest sale price of the product within the past 90 days.  Refund will be given in the original method of payment.  Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase.  No returns may be made on any opened recorded music, videos, DVD, or software.  Price differences for returns or changes will be adjusted accordingly.  Shipping & handling are not refundable.

Exceptions:

1. Massage tables and chairs are backed by manufacturers warranty.

2. Sales of cloth products (i.e. GLoSSAGERS™) that contact the human skin are final for hygienic reasons.  Within 30 days from the original date of purchase, we will replace or exchange any defective or incorrectly shipped item(s) for the same or equivalent product.
